Anthony F. Ciali, President & CEO and a Director

Mr. Ciali is a senior mining executive with over 25 years experience, principally obtained with the Consolidated Gold Fields Group and Monarch Resources Limited, in all management, operational, financial and public company reporting aspects of companies engaged in international mining and exploration activities. Mr. Ciali's experience includes arranging over US$200 million to finance the development of five gold mines in North and South America, utilizing gold loans, equity, debt and lease financing. Mr. Ciali has been involved with bankable feasibility studies with major engineering firms, establishing and overall responsibility for international exploration programs and negotiating the acquisition of mineral properties, including joint ventures and lease purchase option agreements. Mr. Ciali has previously listed a company on The Toronto Stock Exchange and had overall responsibility for the regulatory and reporting requirements of companies listed in Canada, the UK and the USA.

Mr. Ciali earned a B.SC. Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration and obtained a CPA license in New York State (no longer active) while working for Price Waterhouse.

 
John S. Watt, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Watt is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of business experience and is Chief Financial Officer for two other Canadian public junior mining companies. Mr. Watt has provided financial and tax advice consulting services to public and private companies and on Sarbanes - Oxley Act compliance for foreign filers with the SEC. Previously, Mr. Watt owned and operated his own private firm distributing image supplies throughout the USA.

Mr. Watt earned a B.A. with a Major in Economics.

 
Mr. Graham H. Scott, Corporate Secretary

Mr. Scott is the principal of Vector Corporate Finance Lawyers and practices corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on securities law and mining law. Mr. Scott represents many Canadian public companies which are listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in addition to clients in the corporate finance business. Mr. Scott was called to the bar in 1981 and is listed in the Lexpert American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada. In addition, Mr. Scott is listed in the International Who's Who of Mining Lawyers published by the London-based Law Business Research Ltd., and is listed in the inaugural edition of "The Best Lawyers in Canada".

 
John E. Bolaños, General Manager - Ecuador

Mr. Bolaños has over 15 years experience in the mining industry, all of which has been involved in exploration programs in Ecuador. Mr. Bolaños began his mining career working as the Ecuadorian counterpart for the British Geological Survey in geological mapping and economic geology of Ecuador's mineral districts. Subsequently, Mr. Bolaños worked for several junior mining companies with activities in Ecuador. Mr. Bolaños is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Mr. Bolaños earned a Masters Degree in Mining Geology (M. Sc.) from the Camborne School of Mines in the UK and an undergraduate degree in geological engineering from the Central University in Ecuador.

 
Jaime Aldaz Santana, Exploration Manager - Ecuador

Mr. Aldaz has over 20 years experience in the mining industry, almost exclusively involved with exploration programs in Ecuador covering many of the areas where the Company's current projects are located. This experience included 10 years as a geologist with Newmont, working on numerous exploration projects, principally in southern Ecuador. Mr. Aldaz's career spans a broad range of geological activities covering geophysics, geotechnical mapping, geochemistry, trenching, drill supervision and logging, camp management and community relations.

Mr. Aldaz earned his Geology Engineering degree from the Central University of Ecuador in 1989.
